# Request

Collect funds from customers, vendors, and agents via payment links, over the phone, or directly. Natural Request is the collections counterpart to Pay.

## Use cases

* **Tenant payments** — Agents automate rental payments on behalf of property managers
* **Debt collection** — Agents handle collections for banks and financial institutions
* **Healthcare payables** — Insurance services collect for healthcare receivables
* **Accounts receivable agents** — Generalized agents handle AR workflows and collections

## Payment methods

Customers can pay via:

1. **ACH** — Direct bank account transfers
2. **Credit card** — Visa, Mastercard, etc.
3. **Debit card** — PIN or signature debit transactions

In some cases, like debt collection, payment methods may be limited to debit cards and ACH per regulatory requirements.
